Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required
- excellent customer service skills and experience is required
- solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
- experience working independently with minimal supervision is required
- candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties
- focus on customer service and professionalism
- shuttle guests or customers if necessary
- assist customers with questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
- wash and detail all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality
- pick up or deliver parts and vehicles as needed
- maintain vehicle inventory
- keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- perform light janitorial duties
- assist service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles
- start vehicles and check gas levels twice a week
- maintain organization of customer vehicles in service lot
- walk and stand for long periods and work outside in all weather conditions
- clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris
- adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and state mandated regulations

- complete other duties as assigned
