Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED required
excellent customer service skills and experience is required
solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
experience working independently with minimal supervision is required
candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties

focus on customer service and professionalism
shuttle guests or customers if necessary
assist customers with questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
wash and detail all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality
pick up or deliver parts and vehicles as needed
maintain vehicle inventory
keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
perform light janitorial duties
assist service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles
start vehicles and check gas levels twice a week
maintain organization of customer vehicles in service lot
walk and stand for long periods and work outside in all weather conditions
clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris
adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and state mandated regulations
comply with MW's Core Values at all times
complete other duties as assigned
