The role of Porter at Asset Living involves supporting the maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance duties. The Porter works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, focusing on cleaning, trash removal, maintenance of grounds and residential areas, and ensuring that make-ready units meet operational standards. The position is essential to maintaining exceptional community standards and providing a safe, attractive living environment for residents. Responsibilities also include swimming pool maintenance, hazard identification and remediation, and maintaining accurate logs and maintenance supplies according to OSHA guidelines. This role requires regular onsite attendance, interaction with residents to resolve maintenance requests promptly, and contributing to a positive resident experience by projecting a favorable image of the community.
