Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and onsite software understanding
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to work onsite daily
- Capacity to lift and move objects over 100 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and participate in on-call emergencies
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Clean, remove trash, and maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests
- Complete repairs and replacements timely
- Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards
- Maintain preventative maintenance program
- Follow Asset Living key policies
- Maintain organized and stocked maintenance shop
- Promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections
- Report community rule violations
- Use property resources economically
- Perform tasks requested by supervisors
- Participate in on-call emergency duties
- Manage customer and resident relations
- Ensure service request responsiveness
- Project favorable community image
- Enforce community policies as delegated
