This role is located in the Miami Design District at the Sadelle’s at Kith café, a vibrant and stylish setting embodying the brand’s dedication to quality and community. The Porter position is a full-time role offering competitive compensation between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour. As a Porter, you will be a vital part of the restaurant and café team, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment — ensuring floors, appliances, and surfaces meet the highest standards. Your work directly influences the overall dining experience, making your contribution essential to guest satisfaction. The Porter must collaborate closely with management and other staff, keeping open lines of communication regarding ongoing tasks and special assignments. This role requires flexibility with hours, including availability on evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts, adapting to the dynamic nature of food and beverage operations. The individual suited for this role is physically capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
