Job Requirements

open and flexible availability including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases as business needs require
1+ years of experience as a porter or dishwasher
6 months+ experience in custodial or cleaning preferred
6 months+ experience in food and beverage preferred
ability to multitask while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
ability to lift and move 30 lbs
ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, climbing ladders or step stools
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a porter or dishwasher
6 months+ experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred
6 months+ experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
ability to multitask while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
ability to lift and move 30 lbs
ability to perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, climbing ladders or step stools
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house and front-of-house areas
clean and sort all dishes and flatware
clean, sweep, and mop both back-of-house and front-of-house floors
collect and dispose of all trash in a clean and timely manner
wash and disinfect appliances, display cases, work surfaces, floors, and walls
monitor restrooms for cleanliness and cleaning supply replenishment
complete all other miscellaneous tasks as required by the business or assigned by management
on rare occasions travel to support other food and beverage locations as required by the business need
