Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age or older
ability to work evening and night shifts
weekend availability required
able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
capable of lifting objects with some assistance
prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

proven success in school or previous job experience
strong team player and able to multitask effectively
solid communication skills
commitment to great guest service
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic problem-solving skills related to equipment malfunctions

Job Duties

keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom including inside and outside areas
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
maintain sanitation standards to ensure a healthy environment
support team members in daily operational tasks
manage supplies and restock necessary items
