Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- General janitorial, groundskeeping, or porter experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Pass drug screening in accordance with state and local laws
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or porter roles preferred
- Possess pool operator's certificate
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Walk all grounds, parking lots and common areas to pick up trash and maintain cleanliness
- Manage and move trash compactors and dumpsters based on schedule
- Perform power washing and other preventative maintenance projects
- Empty garbage receptacles and clean pet waste stations
- Clean and maintain pet parks
- Monitor landscaping and irrigation systems and report concerns
- Assist with make-ready processes for vacated apartments
