Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 100 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, night hours, and on-call emergencies
- Ability to move about and use ladders, stairs, and other equipment regularly
Job Qualifications

- Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Ensure repairs and replacements for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed timely
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- Maintain well-organized and stocked maintenance shop
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communications and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections as requested
- Report violations of community rules
- Utilize property resources economically
- Perform additional tasks as requested
- Participate in on-call emergency duties
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
- Project a favorable community image
- Ensure consistency in resident relations
- Enforce delegated community policies
