The role of Porter at Campus Apartments is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager and plays a key role in ensuring that common areas, hallways, restrooms, and grounds are well-maintained, orderly, and welcoming. Whether it is cleaning, trash collection, furniture placement, snow removal, or light maintenance duties, the Porter contributes significantly to creating a safe, pleasant, and attractive living environment for residents and visitors. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
  • Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection
  • Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
  • Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
  • Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
  • Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
