Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the property
- pick up and empty trash containers
- perform light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures and unclogging pipes
- assist with cleaning and sanitizing shared facilities and common areas
- wash windows
- perform limited grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming lawns and hedges, and snow removal from sidewalks
- examine property for safety hazards and report issues
- ensure heating and cooling systems are operational
- stock cleaning and maintenance supplies
- clean and sanitize fuel pumps
- participate in team efforts to achieve company goals
- report unsafe activities to supervisors or Human Resources
