Job Requirements
- Residential or apartment experience
- Ability to work some weekends and extended hours
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and carry in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity with hand/finger coordination
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 125 pounds
- Capability to operate a pressure washer system
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and property guidelines

- Residential or apartment cleaning experience
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate pressure washer system
- Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 125 pounds
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Clean office, public access areas, and models including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean apartments thoroughly after move-out or for vacant units to prepare for new residents
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of model units and public access areas
- Monitor and report on inventory of cleaning supplies
- Remove trash and debris from trash compactor and dumpster areas
- Maintain the housekeeping storage room
- Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, and common areas to the Property Manager
- Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed
