The Service Greeter/Porter role at Swope is a dynamic and engaging position based within the service department, which boasts temperature-controlled work environments to ensure comfort regardless of the season. This role is crucial in delivering a superior guest experience, as the Service Greeter/Porter proactively welcomes and acknowledges all guests in a professional and friendly manner. The individual will assist Service Advisors by providing quick, responsive customer service, supporting the processing of new vehicle paperwork, and managing guest appointments. The position demands a keen focus on ownership of the guest experience, ensuring each visitor feels valued and well-cared for.

Core responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, managing the movement of vehicles throughout the dealership, and transporting guests via the Courtesy Shuttle. Additionally, the role involves the pick-up of guest vehicles and organizing the dealership’s vehicle inventory. The Service Greeter/Porter also conducts intake and inspection duties, particularly for damage on cab and chassis delivery to BSF, illustrating the multifaceted nature of the job. The position is well-suited for individuals who are dependable, people-oriented, and adaptable, enjoying a fast-paced work environment that demands flexibility and strong communication skills. Employees in this role are expected to maintain a professional appearance and fulfill physical tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging during their shifts.

Candidates must hold a valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record and be able to commit to sitting or standing for an entire shift.
