The Porter role under the supervision of the Community Manager is integral to maintaining the physical integrity and aesthetic appeal of Trek Development Group's downtown residential properties. This position is multifaceted, focusing primarily on commercial cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance, which contributes significantly to the overall curb appeal and operational functionality of the properties. The Porter acts as the frontline representative, providing exceptional customer service while executing daily tasks essential to property upkeep. This includes routine cleaning of buildings, common areas, and amenities, as well as addressing landscaping needs such as leaf removal, litter pickup, and minor repairs. The role demands strong multitasking skills and a commitment to quality results, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and safe for all residents.

Additionally, the Porter assists with various maintenance requests, collaborates closely with onsite maintenance and management staff, and maintains accurate logs of completed work to guarantee transparency and accountability.
