Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant housekeeping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and knowledge of power tools
Must communicate effectively at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to climb ladders and perform physical activities such as carrying equipment
Must comply with OSHA and workplace safety standards

Job Qualifications

1-3 years housekeeping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, saw, wrenches
Knowledge of power tools and motorized vehicular repair, maintenance and operations
Strong communication skills at all levels
Commitment to professional standards
Strong attention to detail
Ability to climb ladders and carry equipment and supplies to maintenance project areas
Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other trade skills experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service through high quality groundskeeping, housekeeping, and communication
Maintain building accessibility and appearance, pick up litter, leaf removal and other debris
Perform janitorial duties including cleaning buildings, office, common area spaces, amenities, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
Complete a wide variety of maintenance and repairs and keep accurate logs of activities
Assist onsite maintenance and management staff with various maintenance requests
Maintain safe and effective workshop and workplace environment including compliance with OSHA and state workers compensation rules and regulations
Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by appropriate supervisor
