Job Requirements

- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor tasks
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds

Job Duties
- Assist in carrying out corrective maintenance processes
- Participate in preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
- Support the make-ready process under supervision
- Clean and maintain community grounds and buildings
- Respond to resident and management work orders promptly
- Inspect community features daily for hazards
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program
- Follow Asset key policies and safety standards
- Maintain well-organized maintenance shop
- Teach and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections
- Report violations of community rules
- Use property resources and supplies economically
- Perform additional tasks as requested
- Participate in on-call emergency response
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor service request responsiveness
- Enforce community policies consistently
