The Porter position at TAM Residential plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of residential communities. As part of the property management team, the Porter contributes significantly to resident satisfaction and the overall success of the community. The responsibilities include cleaning common areas such as offices, hallways, laundry facilities, lobbies, lounges, stairways, elevators, bathrooms, and more. The Porter also maintains exterior walkways and stairs, ensures proper chemical storage, and assists with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Teamwork and safety are pivotal in this role, with the Porter expected to adhere to company safety standards and OSHA regulations. The position requires effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to interact courteously with residents, guests, and colleagues. Moreover, the Porter assists in preparing vacant apartments, transports waste to disposal sites, replenishes supplies, and operates basic cleaning and maintenance equipment.
