Job Duties
- maintains kitchen and equipment in a sanitary manner acceptable to all regulatory agencies
- assists storeroom clerk with food and supplies
- washes and sanitizes dishes, trays, lids, bottoms, silverware, pots, pans and utensils used in the preparation and service of patient, cafeteria and special function meals
- removes all trash from kitchen and cafeteria to designated locations
- cleans floors, walls and ceilings as part of daily routine or as assigned
- transports clean and soiled dishes and trays to and from sterile processing and materials management
