As part of its commitment to excellence, Benchmark Senior Living is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join the Meadow Ridge team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the community’s cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment for residents, associates, and visitors alike. Scheduled shifts for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage range is competitive at $17 to $18.25, reflecting the company’s dedication to attracting and retaining high-quality staff.

The primary responsibility of the Porter is to ensure that assigned areas within the community remain spotless and sanitary, adhering to established standards and practices. This includes cleaning common areas such as elevators, halls, staircases, lobbies, and resident activity spaces, as well as caring for specific areas like breakrooms and discharge rooms in the Health Center. The role requires efficient use of cleaning supplies and proper maintenance of cleaning equipment, showcasing a mindful approach to both environmental and operational resources.
