Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred
- operational knowledge of basic landscape and cleaning equipment and supplies
- ability to perform physical labor including raking sweeping and shoveling
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties
- clean common areas including office clubroom pool and spa parking lots fitness center restrooms mail area trash enclosures signage and fencing gate area on a daily basis
- assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
- rake sweep and shovel as circumstances warrant
- clean pool deck remove gum and food stains
- wash exterior of windows and clean all interior windows glass doors
- clean all light fixtures and vents
