We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Porters. In this role, employees will partake in necessary cleaning and maintenance services designed to uphold the safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of our various community areas. The position is essential for ensuring that business offices, apartments, public and common areas, and amenities are maintained to a high standard. Employees will be expected to handle multiple tasks including floor care, trash removal, ground maintenance, and light repair work to support the overall living experience of our residents. The wage range for the Porter position is $16.00 to $19.20 per hour, based on prior work history and experience. As a Porter at Atria Senior Living, individuals will be provided with all necessary training programs to ensure safety and proficiency in job duties. The role involves handling certain caustic materials and cleaning equipment; therefore, understanding and complying with safety instructions is crucial for personal and communal safety. We welcome applicants who have the capability to perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency and measurements, can operate a variety of hand and light power tools, and are able to manage variable schedules and shifts. Our Porter role serves as an important part of the maintenance and hospitality team, directly contributing to the enhanced quality of life for our residents and an inviting atmosphere in our communities.
