Additionally, maintaining a neat working environment by managing waste disposal, cleaning floors, and organizing tools and equipment are integral parts of the daily routine.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation with hourly wages ranging from $17 to $21. The successful candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and ideally have some automotive experience. Physical fitness is important as the job requires pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and periods of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Joining Gerber Collision & Glass means becoming part of an industry-leading team that values dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude. The company supports its employees through various benefits, including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance. Additional benefits like paid parental leave, continuing education opportunities, and annual uniform stipends further enhance the employee experience. Gerber Collision & Glass’s commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion reflects in its hiring practices and workplace culture, ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
