The role of a Full-Time Cleaner at Topgolf is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience within the venue. This position involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas including restrooms, dining spaces, and kitchen areas to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment. The Cleaner's responsibilities also include regular floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, as well as managing the disposal of waste materials responsibly. In addition, the Cleaner plays a supportive role by assisting in inventory management of cleaning supplies to ensure operational efficiency. Reporting any maintenance concerns or safety issues is also a key part of this role, which helps sustain a secure and pleasant atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment are essential qualities for success in this role. Previous experience in cleaning or a similar custodial position is preferred, alongside a familiarity with health and safety regulations. Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize various areas of the venue including restrooms dining areas and kitchen spaces
  • empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
  • sweep mop and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
  • report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
  • support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
  • adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
