Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s leading location-based entertainment platforms. With a broad footprint of over 360 locations across North America, the company offers a variety of experiential entertainment including bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Recognized for blending classic fun with modern excitement, Lucky Strike Entertainment is a place where guests of all ages can create memorable moments through immersive experiences. The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league bowling organization that has cultivated a global fanbase, enhancing the company’s reach both on-location and through media channels. This dynamic and growing entertainment platform is known for fostering a lively atmosphere energized by its commitment to great guest service and innovative offerings.
As a Porter at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of our centers, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive and welcoming experience. The role is perfectly suited for individuals who enjoy physical activity while contributing directly to guest satisfaction. Porters at Lucky Strike are responsible for keeping our centers clean, safe, and guest-ready from top to bottom - indoors and outdoors. Beyond maintenance and cleaning, porters play a hands-on role in supporting event setups by assisting servers and runners with tables and displays. This is a fast-paced position that requires attentiveness to equipment malfunctions during guest play, such as fixing pin jams or handling ball return issues quickly and safely. Minor building maintenance is also part of the job, making each day varied and engaging.
Working at Lucky Strike Entertainment means joining a company that values strong teamwork, communication skills, and a dedication to superior guest service. Porters must be able to multi-task and collaborate efficiently with other team members to maintain the entertainment center’s smooth operation. This full-time or part-time position offers competitive compensation, with a pay range typically between $16.90 and $18.15 per hour, dependent on location and experience, supplemented by performance-based incentives. In addition to monetary benefits, Lucky Strike provides an excellent total rewards package including healthcare coverage and other perks designed to enhance employee wellbeing and job satisfaction.
The work environment is typical of entertainment venues, requiring walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting with assistance, making it ideal for physically active and motivated individuals. Employees enjoy unique perks such as free bowling, $1 arcade play, and significant discounts on events, food, and beverages. Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters a lively and supportive atmosphere where employees are encouraged to start making their own luck today and contribute to the company’s continued success as a leader in location-based entertainment.
