The Porter role at Asset Living is vital to maintaining the quality and appearance of the community properties managed by the company. This position involves carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The Porter is responsible for performing corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, including cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of both residential units and common areas. They play an essential role in the make-ready process, ensuring units are prepared efficiently according to operational goals.

This full-time position requires regular daily on-site attendance and involves various physical activities such as moving around the property, handling tools and equipment, and working in different outdoor and indoor environments. The Porter is expected to respond promptly to work orders, maintain safety standards, comply with fair housing laws, and contribute to hazard communication and safe work practices.
