We are currently seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Housekeeping Porter will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community. The position is fundamental to upholding the high standards of cleanliness that ensure the well-being and comfort of residents as well as the safety of the environment. As a part-time employee, the Housekeeping Porter will work under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performing day-to-day housekeeping functions such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash baskets across various areas including resident rooms and common spaces. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of housekeeping experience and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work and cleaning schedules are closely followed to maintain impeccable hygiene and safety.

This role also includes responsibilities such as scouring and polishing bathroom fixtures, sanitizing all areas daily, handling and storing cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with OSHA regulations, maintaining utility and storage areas, and properly cleaning and storing equipment at the end of each shift. The position requires a strong sense of personal and environmental safety, ensuring all protocols are adhered to to maintain a safe living and working environment. This position offers an hourly pay range of $18.50 to $22.00, reflecting the importance of the role within the community and providing competitive compensation for part-time work.
