A Porter at B.HOM will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and cleaning tasks. These include inspecting grounds and buildings for cleanliness and safety, managing trash removal and compaction, maintaining landscaping such as watering plants and trimming shrubs, and performing specialized duties like swimming pool maintenance and chemical record-keeping in accordance with state and local regulations. The position also involves supporting the maintenance team to sustain excellent curb appeal, managing the upkeep of mailboxes, and assisting with the cleanliness of offices, clubhouses, and other community areas.

Working hours for this role are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours and weekends based on business needs.
