Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 100 pounds and operating machinery
Reliable attendance with availability for on-call emergency situations including nights, weekends, and overtime

Job Duties

Community maintenance
Regular daily onsite attendance is required
Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
