Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multi-tasker
- Solid communication skills
- A commitment to great guest service
- Availability for evening and night shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is a plus

- Basic knowledge of maintaining cleanliness and facility upkeep
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom, inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a positive attitude and responsiveness
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operation
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols consistently
