Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying heavy items
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in inventory management is an asset
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Understand that our guest is our number 1 priority
  • Check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
  • Confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
  • Determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
  • Load and unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
  • Make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
  • Conduct inventory
  • Compile reports
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Pick and pack all orders
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
  • Transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and or production area for cleaning
  • Assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor or manager on duty
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
