Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
valid work authorization
reliable transportation or means of commuting if applicable
willingness to comply with safety and hygiene standards
ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a similar role is an asset
knowledge of HACCP standards preferred
ability to operate material handling equipment preferred
good communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
team player with strong work ethic

Job Duties

Understand that our guest is our number 1 priority
check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
conduct inventory
compile reports
shipping and receiving
pick and pack all orders
maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning
assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/manager on duty
other duties as assigned by supervisor
