Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
  • valid work authorization
  • reliable transportation or means of commuting if applicable
  • willingness to comply with safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • knowledge of HACCP standards preferred
  • ability to operate material handling equipment preferred
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Understand that our guest is our number 1 priority
  • check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
  • confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
  • determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
  • load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
  • make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
  • conduct inventory
  • compile reports
  • shipping and receiving
  • pick and pack all orders
  • maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
  • perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
  • transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning
  • assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/manager on duty
  • other duties as assigned by supervisor
