Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 100+ lbs
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends, nights, occasional overtime, and on-call emergencies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Valid ability to operate motor vehicles and golf carts

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
