Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
Physical ability to lift and move large or heavy objects over 50 pounds
Comfortable working in varying environmental climates
Must be present on-site and able to move throughout the building

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Maintain the property’s aesthetic appeal and perform routine cleaning including vacuuming and detailing common areas
Assist in snow and ice removal and manage rain mats to ensure safe pathways
Collect and dispose of trash and ensure proper recycling
Work with maintenance staff on minor repairs, painting, water intrusion cleanup, and service requests
Clean out vacant units to prepare for apartment turns
Provide excellent customer service responding to inquiries and concerns and cover front desk or concierge duties delivering packages
Comply with workplace safety and OSHA regulations
Be present on-site and move throughout the building to address building matters and meet residents, staff, vendors and visitors
Ascend and descend stairs and position in small spaces for inspections and maintenance, lifting and moving objects over 50 pounds
Comfortable with exposure to varying environmental climates and conditions
