Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to Gordon Ramsay's high standards
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred but not required
- focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures
- willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations

Job Duties
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors
- remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
- complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership
- assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines
- ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards
