Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level experience or previous grounds maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform full range of motion including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with some overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas including interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
