Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to multitask
Automotive experience preferred
Clear close vision required
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail
Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk, sit, stand for extended periods
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Willingness to work near moving mechanical parts
Ability to push, pull, and carry items

Job Duties

Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting counters and work areas
Maintain housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, organizing tools and equipment
Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin
Clean customer vehicles’ interior and exterior after repairs
Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
