Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
Availability for evening and night shifts
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Previous experience in a customer service or maintenance role preferred

Strong team player and multi-tasker
Solid communication skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Support team members with general tasks to maintain smooth operations
