Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
Basic computer skills required
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 100 lbs
Ability to work on ladders, stairs, and uneven terrain
Capacity to work overtime, night shifts, weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate motor vehicles and golf carts
Willingness to participate in on-call emergency duties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Community maintenance
Regular/daily onsite attendance
Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and buildings
Respond to resident/management requests and work orders
Complete repairs and replacements timely
Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily
Maintain preventative maintenance program
Follow Asset key policy
Maintain organized and stocked maintenance shop
Assist in hazard communications program
Participate in unit inspections
Report violations of community rules
Utilize property resources economically
Perform additional tasks as requested
Participate in on-call emergency duties
Manage customer service and service request responsiveness
Project favorable community image
Ensure consistency with residents
Enforce community policies
