Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
  • Ability to follow complex cleaning and safety procedures
  • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
  • Capacity to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to comply with facility security and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to safety and sanitation compliance

Job Duties

  • Follow established facility entry rules and comply with HACCP guidelines
  • Comply with sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and USDA regulations
  • Clean and sanitize all interior and exterior areas within the facility
  • Handle disposal of waste products according to regulations
  • Mop spills promptly and maintain dry floors to prevent accidents
  • Use proper detergents and store sanitation chemicals safely
  • Sanitize restrooms and common traffic areas
  • Empty and clean refuse containers
  • Perform other assigned duties by Supervisors
  • Ensure all sanitation team members follow chemical and food safety procedures
  • Develop and maintain sanitation schedules according to SOP frequency
