Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial work is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical capacity for continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to use hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with some overtime
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain cleanliness of trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and community communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
