Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Availability for evening and night shifts including weekends
Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
Capable of lifting objects with assistance
Must demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is an asset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proven multitasking skills
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Maintain a commitment to great guest service
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Support a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
