Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to operate motor vehicle onsite if applicable
Willingness to work Monday through Friday with some overtime as needed
Basic computer proficiency
Previous experience in grounds or janitorial maintenance preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance or general maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
Basic computer skills required to perform job functions
Strong commitment to customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas including trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance shops
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
Post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
Represent the company professionally and courteously
