Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Regular daily onsite attendance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving objects over 100 pounds
  • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Commitment to follow safety standards and protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills with ability to operate onsite software functions
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety requirements
  • Ability to work regularly onsite with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and promote safe work practices
  • Capability to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies

Job Duties

  • Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
  • Support the make-ready process for units according to operational objectives
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
  • Respond promptly to resident and management maintenance requests and work orders
  • Inspect property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
  • Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Organize and stock maintenance shop according to safety and OSHA standards
  • Participate in unit inspections and report rule violations
  • Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request response times
  • Enforce community policies and procedures delegated by supervisors
  • Participate in on-call emergency responses as required
