Job Requirements

Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
Must pass a background check covering the past seven years
Full-time availability
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to apply logical thinking to identify and address issues
Experience in grounds maintenance or similar roles preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competency in handling physical tasks safely
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties

Pick up grounds every morning before the leasing office opens
Remove trash, pet waste, and debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas
Clear trash bins and dumpster enclosures of trash, debris, and furniture
Remove graffiti immediately
Check for and address health and safety concerns
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Interact courteously with residents and clients
