Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
six months of experience in a similar role completing light building maintenance or hospitality duties
professional appearance and attitude
valid driver’s license

Job Duties

Inspect common areas daily and report any damage including community center, retreat, and neighborhood center
perform janitorial duties such as replenishing toilet paper and soap
check all exterior building, pool, and interior trash bins every morning
maintain and inspect carts every Friday
wipe down pool railings, tables, and furniture daily
arrange pool furniture daily
clean trash bins monthly
power wash travertine tile and sidewalks weekly or as needed
arrange social room furniture before meetings and events
check and clean up around dumpsters weekly
complete assigned maintenance service requests
properly operate, maintain, and store all maintenance equipment
perform other related duties as directed
