Job Requirements
- Must be able to work full time
- Prior maintenance or custodial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks
Job Duties
- Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance
- Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness
- Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties
- Changing light bulbs
- Assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture (trash outs)
- Expect heavy lifting, changing out toilet flappers
- Furniture removals
- Responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times
