Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate a company pickup truck
- Willingness to work full-time outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to safety standards
- Availability for occasional work on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds
Job Qualifications
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently for most of the day
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge or experience in janitorial or cleaning work is a plus
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Commitment to follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- Wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
- Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- Cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
- Performing other building maintenance work as needed
- Driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- Occasionally working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds
