Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • A dedicated individual who works well with others
  • Previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide a clean, sanitary environment
  • Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
  • Alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
  • Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
  • Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
