- previous experience in hospitality, warehousing, or inventory management is an advantage

Job Duties
- Understand that our guest is our number one priority
- check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
- confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
- determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
- load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
- make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
- conduct inventory
- compile reports
- shipping and receiving
- pick and pack all orders
- maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
- perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
- transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning
- assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/manager on duty
- other duties as assigned by supervisor
