  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • able to lift 50 pounds
  • previous dishwashing experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers
  • organize storage areas
  • job shadow line cooks
  • sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking utensils and put in dishwasher
  • sort and stack clean dishes
  • carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry
  • take out all trash from trash receptacles
  • must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace
  • flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task
  • other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
