High school diploma or equivalent
must be at least 18 years of age
able to stand on feet for long periods of time
able to lift 50 pounds
previous dishwashing experience preferred

Job Duties

Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers
organize storage areas
job shadow line cooks
sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking utensils and put in dishwasher
sort and stack clean dishes
carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry
take out all trash from trash receptacles
must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace
flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task
other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
