Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
  • keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
  • maintain clean mail rooms by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing outdated notices
  • replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
  • replace first floor window screens upon request
  • assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, appliance and smoke detector checks, and part replacements
  • clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
  • install, move, and hook up appliances
  • replace air filters for all occupied apartments on schedule
  • clean pool areas by hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
  • perform light painting duties as directed
  • clean vacant apartments between residents
  • assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
