professional appearance and attitude
valid driver's license

Job Duties

Inspect common areas daily and report damages
perform janitorial duties including replenishing supplies
check exterior and interior trash bins daily
maintain and inspect carts weekly
clean and arrange pool furniture daily
power wash tile and sidewalks weekly or as needed
arrange social room furniture before meetings and events
check and clean dumpsters weekly
complete assigned maintenance service requests
operate and maintain maintenance equipment properly
perform other related duties as assigned
