Job Requirements

Active driver license
clean driving record
ability to work independently
willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
ability to lift heavy objects
pass a background check
pass a pre-employment drug screen
availability to work full time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
valid driver license with a clean driving record
ability to work independently and manage time effectively
good physical condition to perform manual labor
basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus
willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

Picking up litter
wiping and cleaning outdoor surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches
changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
performing general building maintenance work as needed
driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds when required
